Research in our lab is focused on studying mechanism of retinal degeneration and regeneration. We are employing Gene/Drug/Nanomedicine based approach with a goal of harnessing this information for developing novel therapeutics to treat retinal degenerative and vascular diseases. We utilize a range of advanced molecular, genetic, biochemical and functional tools in cell culture and animal models for our studies. We always look for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our lab.
